DGS Training Update your Cal eProcure Profile

If you are a certified business with the Department of General Services (DGS), and you are certified, you will have the opportunity to register for this in-person event where you can update your Cal eProcure profile with DGS experts on site.

What you will need: 

1. Two hours of uninterrupted time (this session is between 2-4PM)
2. Bring your Computer/Laptop – cellphones, Ipads or other devices are not suitable. DO NOT USE THESE DEVICES. 
3. Create a folder on your desktop called CA DGS SBE Certification,
4. Scanned Documents (see list below) and label them each with the correct title. Ex. 2019 taxes, SOI (Statement of Information) etc.,
5. Place scanned documents into your Certification folder,
6. High-Speed Internet.

Below is the list of required documents you will need based on your company structure. 

If you are a Sole Proprietor (use your personal taxes):

• 2020 Tax Schedule C. (If you don’t have 2020, use 2019 Schedule C) if available
• 2019 Schedule C
• 2018 Schedule C
• 2017 Schedule C
• Tax ID: Use Schedule C
•  Copy of EIN number
• Copy of your business license 

If your business is an Limited Liability Corporation (LLC):

• 2020 Tax Schedule C - if available
• 2019 Schedule C
• 2018 Schedule C
• 2017 Schedule C
• Tax ID: Use Schedule C
• CA Secretary of State: Statement of Information
• CA Secretary of State: Articles of Organization
•  Copy of EIN number
• Copy of your business license

If your business is a Corporation:

• 2020 Federal Taxes All Pages – if available
• 2019 Federal Taxes All Pages
• 2018 Federal Taxes All Pages
• Tax ID: Use Federal Taxes
• CA Secretary of State: Statement of Information
• 4 Quarters of EDD Quarterly Contributions (if employees are in place)
•  Copy of EIN number
• Copy of your business license
